What is your returns policy? (UK)

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the Products you received, or have simply changed your mind after receiving your Order Confirmation, we will happily accept your return within 30 calendar days of delivery of the Products.

Products must be handled and kept with care and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. If you want to exchange the Products for a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item.

Please email hello@cairnapparel.com explaining the reasons for the return. You will then be given an address to send the products back before receiving your refund.
